Ben Hamer is a Director and Founding Partner of Hamer Pinnington, which he formed to branch out of the corporate world into being a business owner, whilst still having a hand in what he knows best: insurance broking. Ben began his insurance career in 2014 and spent 4 years working for insurers, including in London & the greater UK, before he moved into broking where he has been ever since. Ben’s experience as both a broker and underwriter provides Hamer Pinnington with a unique outlook compared with our competitors.

Wayne Pinnington is a Director and Founding Partner of Hamer Pinnington. Wayne has been in the corporate insurance broking world for many years and recently decided to chase his passion of being a business owner. Wayne began his insurance career in 2007 as a broker in Australia where he worked up until 2019 before making the move to New Zealand. Wayne has experience working with some of Australia and New Zealand’s largest corporate entities and will bring this experience to Hamer Pinnington.
